The Chief Minister of Lumbini Province, Chetnarayan Acharya, has instructed the private hospitals and health institutions to provide services by fully following the policies, rules and standards set by the government.
Inaugurating the building of Rapti Life Care Hospital Pvt Ltd Motipur in Tulsipur on Monday Chief Minister Acharya said that since the health sector is very sensitive, it is necessary to follow the standards set by the government.
'Health sector is a sensitive sector that is directly connected with the life of every citizen. Therefore, private sector hospitals should run in full compliance with the state's policies, rules and standards," he said. "The provincial government does not adopt a policy of discouraging the private sector, but instead adopts a policy of moving forward hand in hand."
He said that the state government has taken a policy to make healthcare services accessible and accessible to all citizens, giving high priority.
