A 5-day state-level educational and cultural fair has started from Thursday at Sunwal-12 land in West Nawalparasi.
Chetnarayan Acharya, Chief Minister of Lumbini State Government, inaugurated the fair. Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chief Minister Acharya said that entrepreneurship and learning new things and creativity should be encouraged as the youth will have a positive impact on the society when they are creative.
Minister of Social Development of Lumbini Province Janmjay Timilsina said that since the development of the province is from the education sector, the educational and cultural fair at the provincial level is important.
In the fair, which started under the organization of Ramnagar Jaycees, there is a provision of training for teachers, leadership development for students, awareness about drugs, and speech skills training for the leaders of various organizations. Ramesh Parajuli, president of Ramgram Jaycees 2025, said that in addition to presenting the art and culture of various castes and languages, local and national artists will perform in the
cultural program.
