On the occasion of its 262nd foundation day and Mahashivratri, a photo exhibition reflecting the history of the Nepali Army has been organized in Butwal on Tuesday.
It has been informed through a press release that the exhibition was organized for the purpose of providing information related to the army's history, traditions, customs, etc.
In the announcement, it is mentioned that through the demonstration, information related to the Nepali Army will be provided to the common citizens and that the army will instill national pride, unity, mutual harmony and trust.
"The exhibition has been organized with the aim of reviving the military culture by informing about the glorious tradition and inspiring the future generation," the press release states, "The historical security materials and equipment used at different times are also kept in the exhibition." According to
sources, the demonstration was held on Tuesday afternoon from one o'clock to three o'clock at the football field in the premises. Public as well as government and private sector leaders have been invited to view the photo exhibition.
