The resignation of the expert member of the Provincial Infrastructure Development Authority was accepted
The cabinet meeting held on Tuesday of the Lumbini state government has decided to provide budget for the construction of Ujirsingh Stadium.
3 million budget was allocated for the construction of the stadium in the current year. Although the budget was allocated to be spent through the Ministry of Social Development, the budget was transferred to the Ministry of Youth and Sports last time in the division of work of the Ministry. However, now it has been decided to provide the budget along with the decision to give responsibility for the construction of the stadium through the State Infrastructure Development Authority, said Dinesh Panthi, the Minister of Agriculture, Land Management and Cooperatives.
Since the construction site of the stadium is located in the forest area, the Cabinet of Ministers of Nepal granted permission to use the forest area on October 18th. Currently, in order to advance the construction process, the Council of Ministers of the provincial government has decided to manage the necessary budget according to the agreement of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Planning.
A similar meeting has decided to accept the resignation of the expert members of the high-level directorate committee of the Provincial Infrastructure Development Authority . It has been decided to accept the resignations given by geo-technical expert Mandeep Subedi and legal expert Padam Prasad Vaidik. According to the proposal of the Ministry of Forests and Environment, approval has been given to the Kholakholsi Management Procedures within Forest Areas, 2081 (First Amendment). The Council of Ministers has also approved the third amendment of the State Level Madrasa Education Management Procedure, 2076 proposed by the Ministry of Social Development.
