High Court order to withdraw the report and Sakkal Missile on Joshi's application

Rupandehi District Court has ordered to get the report and the total missal of the order of Gorkha Media Network vice president and former DIG Chabilal Joshi, who was involved in the Butwal Supreme Savings and Loan Cooperative fraud case.

District Court Judge Vashisht Kumar Ghimire ordered Joshi to be remanded in custody on Monday. Joshi went to the High Court on Tuesday claiming that the order was prejudicial. 1 No. of the High Court on Wednesday. Ram Bahadur Kunwar, Information Officer of Tulsipur High Court Butwal Bench Office, said that bench judge Rajeshwar Tiwari ordered the release of the report and the total missile. 

On Wednesday, 3 lawyers including Manoj Kumar Chaudhary, Rochak Regmi argued on behalf of Joshi. Ravi Lamichhane, Chairman of RSVP and Managing Director of Gorkha Media Network, was released on a bail of Rs 1 crore in a case of the same nature. Joshi, who appeared in the court on Monday, was on the court of Judge Ghimire on Monday. Joshi approached the High Court demanding that Judge Ghimire's order be quashed as it was biased. 

Earlier, Joshi was released on bail of 88 lakhs in Pokhara's Suryadarshan Cooperative and 50 lakhs in Kathmandu's Swarnalakshmi Cooperative fraud case. A case has also been registered against him in Chitwan's Sahara Cooperative fraud. Ravi Lamichhane, Chairman of RSVP and Managing Director of Gorkha Media Network, was released on a bail of Rs 1 crore from the Rupandehi District Court in the Supreme Cooperative fraud case of the same nature.

Rupandehi District Court Judge Prahlad Kumar Yogi ordered Lamichhane to be released on bail. A supplementary charge was registered against 22 people in the Supreme Cooperative fraud. 55 crore rupees has been fixed in the supplementary charge. It has been seen that a personal loan of 25 million and 1099 million under collective liability has been taken from Supreme in Joshi's name. 

Earlier last Baisakh, a case was registered for co-operative fraud with 28 people including Gitendrababu Rai as defendants. Out of the 28 people, a case with additional charges has also been registered against 17 people.
