District Police Office Bardia has arrested 15 people who were playing gambling from Barbardia municipality-9. They were arrested at 1 am on Wednesday while gambling in the homestay of a local Nirajan Rajwansi.

The police have also recovered 20 mobile phones including Android 13 and plain 7 from gambling dens . According to DSP Ghartimar, those arrested are Rajwanshi, owner of the same homestay, local Navin Kumar Chaudhary, Ram Prasad Chaudhary of Ward No. 2, Basant Kumar Sharma of Rajapur-8, Kamal Gurung of Rajapur-7 and Ashutosh Chaudhary of Gulria Municipality-1.

Similarly, Ravindra Yadav of Gulria-2, Dev Bahadur Shahi of Panchapuri Municipality-7 of Surkhet, Harish Chandra Budha of Choukune Rural Municipality, Narayan Kshetri of Madhuvan Municipality-9, Chetan Khanal of Gulria-1, Ashutosh Kumar Yadav of the same place, Shyam Sharma of Gulria-7, Durjan Rai of Ward No. 11 and Ghanshyam Dawadi of Ward No. 7 have also been arrested.
