Distribution of bicycles to students by Vietnamese worshipers

Bicycles have been distributed to students during a program at Akhand Shanti Dwipa, the birthplace of Buddha, Lumbini. In order to have easy access to the school, 101 poor, poor and needy students have been distributed bicycles by Truuk Lam Overseas Meditation Association, which includes worshipers and monks from Vietnam, on Monday.

Bicycles have been distributed to 70 female and 31 male students of 18 schools in West Nawalparasi, Rupandehi and Kapilvastu. Bicycles have been distributed to the students studying from 6th to 9th class to help the school environment by making learning easier. Senior Information Officer of Lumbini Development Fund Dr. Haridhwaj Rai was moved by Buddha's sense of compassion, friendship and harmony and thanked Nepali students for coming from Vietnam to Lumbini, Buddha's birthplace.
