A teacher died in a jeep accident on Friday evening near Nandikhola of Triveni Rural Municipality-7 while going to Holeri from Ghartigaon in Rolpa.
According to the police, Sita Khadka of Gangadeo Rural Municipality-2 of Rolpa was killed in an accident with a jeep number 1 Ch 9406 going from Ghartigaon to Dang. According to the police, she is a teacher of Janakalyan Mavi located in Runtigadhi Rural Municipality-9.
Two children were injured in the accident. The condition of one is serious. Rolpa police inspector and information officer Rohit Kumar Shahi, who reached the scene, said that Dang has been sent for the treatment and care of both the children.
Initially the injured were sent to Rolpa Hospital for treatment. The driver is absconding.
