The meeting of the Wagmati State Assembly is being held on Wednesday (today). A meeting is being held at the state assembly building in Hetaunda-10 from 11 am. The meeting postponed on January 18 will be held a week later after the Maoist center did not interfere.

The main opposition party, the Maoist Center, was warning that the Congress-UML government had not implemented the budget brought by the government under its leadership and would block the House, demanding a share in the budget under various headings.

In the all-party meeting held on Tuesday under the initiative of Speaker Bhuvan Kumar Pathak, the government's Internal Affairs and Law Minister Surajchandra Lamichhane informed that an agreement was reached not to obstruct the House and to include everyone in the implementation of the budget.

He informed that the agenda of the House has been agreed upon in the all-party meeting to be held according to the agreement reached in the previous working arrangement and consultation committee meeting.
