Lumbini Province Chief Minister Chetnarayan Acharya has said that there will be no shortage of manpower in the province. Acharya said that the State Civil Service Act and the Local Civil Service Act have contributed to staff management, mobilization and moral development.

In Narapani on Saturday, at the unveiling ceremony of Martyrs Manoj-Jhapendra-Surendra, Chief Minister Acharya said that there will be no shortage of manpower in Lumbini Province as the Public Service Commission has proceeded with its work to fill 1,900 posts out of 4,78 employees in Lumbini Province.
Since the provincial government is on the side of the employees, he also requested the employees to make public service work effective according to the rules.
He said that the Lumbini state government has moved in the direction of achieving success in manpower management. "The work of recruitment and promotion has progressed, the government is succeeding in solving the problem of manpower," he said, "we will advance the service flow by filling all posts from the deputy secretary." He urged the people's representatives and staff at the local level to pay attention to the monitoring.
