After the main road at Bhalkhapche, which is used for public transportation of Sisne Rural Municipality-1 and 2 and Puthauttarganga Rural Municipality-7 and 14 of Rukum East, was destroyed in the last drought, it has become easier after the construction of a temporary wooden bridge and road in Sani Bheri River. This was done because it would take a lot of investment to build the old road.

Krishna Regmi, Chairman of Sisne Rural Municipality, said that a temporary road and a narrow road were made with a total investment of 12 million. "This has been done because the first road has collapsed and it is not immediately possible to build a new road there," he said. If the said budget does not come, there is a risk of repeating the same problem.'

A landslide occurred in Bhalukhapche Bhir located in Puthauttarganga-14 under the main road where residents of Sisneka 1, 2 and wards 7, 8, 9 and 14 of Puthauttarganga rural municipality travel from the district headquarters Rukumkot. After this, movement was started with the help of a rope, and later the road was made easier . But since the road is dangerous, after the flow of the river decreased, a temporary road was made from the side of the river and narrowed to connect directly to Sisne-2.

The former ward president of Sisne-2, Jeevan KC, said that the river will rise again after the rains and that this road will not last. We are doing our best. But it seems that the concerned state-government should be serious with us,' he said, 'If we are neglected now, our suffering will increase again.' Ghanshyam Khadka, another resident of Sisne-2, said that they have to go up the old road again.

The road reached from Bhir in Bhalukhapche to Deukhola located near Puthaurattarganga-14 has not reached before that.

Ramashish Shah, head of rural road network improvement project, Rukum West, said that after PS Shankar Mali JV took the contract six years ago to black-pave the 12 km road from Deukhola to Triveni in Puthauttarganga, the contract was broken last June. It is said that the process of awarding a new contract has been started in this section, but it has not been accelerated .

In the absence of a road, the locals of this area have been carrying their daily necessities by themselves and transporting them on horse-drawn carts.
