The cabinet meeting held on Monday of the Lumbini state government has decided to change the responsibilities of the state secretaries. The Cabinet has transferred Bhupendra Thapa, Secretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs to the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

An Prasad Neupane, Secretary of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers Office, has been sent to the Ministry of Social Development. Similarly, Yamnarayan Devkota, head of Agriculture Development Directorate, has been taken to the vacant Ministry of Agriculture, Land Management and Cooperatives. Devkota was also the secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture. The post of secretary was vacant after Namrata Singh, secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Land Management and Cooperatives, was suspended in a corruption case.

Lumbini Province Chief Secretary Mahadev Panth has also been transferred to Gandaki Province Secretary. Secretary Panth has been bid farewell by the state government. Baburam Adhikari will come from the federal government as the provincial chief secretary in Lumbini. 

Similarly, the Provincial Council of Ministers meeting Dr. working in Pyuthan Hospital. Rolpa District Hospital and Dr. Vinod Singh. It has been decided to transfer Om Aryal to Pyuthan Hospital.  Physical Infrastructure Development Minister Bhumishwar Dhakal said that the Council of Ministers meeting also decided to pay the amount for collecting the details of the remaining ministries to pay the last year's obligations. "It has been decided to pay all the amounts that have been created last year and are yet to be paid," he said, "the details are being collected from all ministries." And the Ministry of Planning said.

The meeting chaired by Chief Minister Chetnarayan Acharya has given in-principle consent to the bill made to make arrangements for the establishment and operation of Lumbini Pragya Pratishthan. Dinesh Panthi, spokesperson of the government and Minister of Agricultural Land Management and Cooperatives, informed that it has been decided to give approval to the concept paper of the bill made to regulate the collection of current taxes and revenue in Lumbini Province, and to recommend and send the Lumbini Province Police Office to the Ministry of Home Affairs from the Provincial Government Council of Ministers for the management of the land.
