Two people died when two motorcycles collided with each other. Another one was injured.
Under Taulihwa-Jitpur road section, a motorcycle number 10 P 4496 going to Jitpur and a motorcycle number UP 55 AH 7090 coming to Taulihwa collided in an accident at 5 pm on Wednesday at Wanganga Municipality 11, Deubapar.
In the accident, 27-year-old Roman Tharu of Sainamaina Municipality-4 in Rupandehi, a motorcycle driver with Nepali number plate, and 35-year-old Nehamat Ali of Suddhodhan Rural Municipality-1, Kapilvastu, driver of an Indian number plate motorcycle, said DSP Mohanmani Adhikari, spokesperson of the District Police Office.
Both of them died at the medical hospital in Bhairahawa around 11 o'clock on Wednesday night during treatment. 26-year-old Ajay Tharu of Saina Maina Municipality-4 of Rupandehi, who was riding on a Nepali number plate, was injured in the accident. He is being treated in Bhairahawa.
