Four procedures have been passed by the second meeting of the 17th village assembly of Rainadevi Chhahara Rural Municipality of Palpa.

The village meeting held on Wednesday passed the agricultural tools program implementation procedure, organic fertilizer distribution program implementation procedure, lunch program implementation procedure and accident insurance program implementation procedure 2081. 

These four procedures passed by the executive in the meeting were tabled by Yuvraj Thapa, the vice president of the rural municipality. On the agenda, village assembly members Dhan Bahadur Rayamazhi submitted suggestions regarding community school lunch and Dan Bahadur Thami submitted suggestions regarding judicial committee and target groups.

Village Chairman Rukmangat Bhattarai has informed that the members of the village assembly have been nominated for the formation of public accounting committee and monitoring and good governance committee of the village assembly. He informed that Gun Bahadur Sammani and members Shanta Saru, Muna Darzi, Buddha Bahadur Rana, Til Bahadur Rana were nominated as coordinators of Public Accounts Committee.

Likewise, Ok Bahadur Raskoti coordinator and members Bhima Khamcha, Kamala Paudel, Dan Bahadur Thami and Lo Bahadur Budhathoki have been nominated in the monitoring and governance committee. It has been informed that coordinator Kavita Khanal has been nominated in the law making committee.

Under the program of awarding the employees who have done the best work during the year in the village assembly, Leelamani Basyal, the accounting officer of the rural municipality, has been honored this year . Rural Municipality President Bhattarai, Vice President Thapa, Chief Administrative Officer Krishna Prasad Timilsena, Rural Municipality Spokesperson Devendra Pun and others were honored with Palpali hats and certificates.
