The second meeting of the fifth session of the Lumbini State Assembly has been called for 1 pm today. In that meeting, the personnel bill withdrawn by the state chief Krishna Bahadur Gharti is being presented. The State Assembly Secretariat has informed that Chief Minister Chetnarayan Acharya has a possible agenda for submitting proposals related to the Bill in the Assembly.
Province Chief Gharti sent back the bill to amend the State Civil Service Act, 2080 and the bill to regulate the formation, operation and conditions of service of the local civil service. These two bills were passed by the state assembly and sent to the state head for verification.
The bill to amend the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2080 was passed by the provincial assembly on August 31st and the bill to regulate the formation, operation and service conditions of the local civil service was passed by the provincial assembly on August 27th. He sent it back to the provincial assembly.
Similarly, in the Provincial Assembly meeting, Economic Affairs and Planning Minister Dhanendra Karki Provincial Secretary Durbham Kumar Pun Magar informed that the bill to be introduced in the Assembly and the Provincial Assembly members to speak on contemporary issues at a special time is included in the agenda for the provision of the provincial economic procedure and financial responsibility.
