The police have arrested two youths who raped a 14-year-old girl of Narainapur-4 in Banke who was returning home after watching the fair on the night of January 3. Those arrested are 28-year-old Mohammad Israr Kha and 30-year-old Mohammad Rizwan Kha of Narainapur-4 Narainapur.
Inspector Topendra Budhamgar of Bhagwanpur area police said that they were arrested on Saturday based on the victim's statement that they had forcibly taken the girl who was returning from the fair to the forest on an Indian motorcycle.
An arrest warrant was issued against both accused on December 6
