He has asked the Home Minister to make a policy decision on the arrangement to be given to local people's representatives. Similarly, regarding the issue of naturalized citizenship, since there is a provision to issue all other citizenships from the district, the Minister of Home Affairs asked the Prajias to arrange for the naturalized citizenship to be issued from the district as well.

Stating that after the increase in smuggling, the revenue leakage has also increased, the Minister of Home Affairs has instructed to work within the next 15 days to show a clear pattern of increase in revenue collection due to the control of smuggling.
Similarly, in the conference, it was pointed out that control of criminal activities, road accidents, suicides, reduction of incidents of women and gender violence, economic crimes, cyber crimes, misappropriation of funds of cooperatives are increasing. In order to control and reduce it, it was discussed in the seminar about preparing a plan in coordination with the local government.
Chief District Officers, Chiefs of Police and Chiefs of National Investigations of 12 districts of Lumbini Province participated in the conference which started from Tuesday in Bhairahawa. The seminar was inaugurated by the Minister of Home Affairs, Ramesh Akhtar. Home Minister Author himself participated in the meeting of Pragya and Security Chiefs.
The Minister of Home Affairs said that incidents ranging from economic crimes to cyber crimes are increasing due to increasing frustration in the society and directed to prepare an integrated security plan and proceed with its control and mitigation.
