City chief scholarship to 146 students of Tilottama

146 students of Tilottama municipality in Rupandehi have received scholarships. Under the scholarship, they received money at the rate of 5,000 per person from 730,000 to the annual salary and other remuneration received by City Chief Ramakrishna Khan on Monday. The scholarship was given to poor and underprivileged students studying in 42 public schools in the city.

Mayor Khan said that since the year he was elected, he has been distributing scholarships with the amount of his salary. He said that with this amount, students who may be forced to stop studying even if they want to study, will be able to build a future. "I did not allow to spread money because I am rich," he said. He said that investing in children will bring a golden dawn, so it is important to pay attention to this.

Similarly, along with the scholarship, the municipality will provide class  8,  The 12 schools that got the best results in class 10 and 12  19 people  The students have also been honored. At the rate of 6,000 per student, Rs 1,14,000 and certificates were awarded to the students and the school. On that occasion, Deputy Mayor Jageshwar Devi Chaudhary, Chief Administrative Officer Narayan Aryal, Head of Education Branch Gangaram Acharya  Among others, the people's representative said that the distribution of scholarships from his salary is a followable for other people's representatives.
