After being sentenced to 20 years imprisonment in the case of duty killing, the police have arrested the absconding accused.

42-year-old Pannalal Khatik of Bardiya Badhaiyatal Rural Municipality-3 Gobrepur was arrested, said Rishiram Ghartimagar, Information Officer of District Police Office, Bardiya. "Khatik was arrested by the police team of Ela police office, Mainapokhar," said DSP Ghartimar.

Khatik was sentenced to twenty years of imprisonment by the district court Bardia on 10th June 2068. The arrested Khatik has been produced in court.
