Voting for Puthauttarganga Vice President begins

Voting for the post of vice president has started in Puthauttarganga Rural Municipality of Rukum East, the only Himalayan district of Lumbini Province. There is an enthusiastic turnout of voters in the voting which started from 7 am.

Assistant Election Officer Ishwari Subedi informed that there are a total of 11 thousand 380 voters in 22 polling stations within this municipality.

Keshkumari Tulachan from the Congress-UML alliance and Narpura Budha from the Maoist center are candidates for the municipal vice president.
