65 works of modern administrative building of Lumbini government have been completed. In the Capital Master Plan, it is mentioned that there will be 200 bighas, but now 10 administrative buildings including the office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers are being constructed within the area of ​​16 bighas.

In the master plan prepared by the provincial government, it is mentioned that the permanent capital of Lumbini province will be built on an area of ​​about 200 bighas in the north-south direction on the basis of Satmara in Arghakhanchi, Bhaluwang in Dang, Rapti river from Lalmatia to Maurighat.

After shifting the temporary capital from Butwal to the Rapti Valley of Dang as the permanent capital in Deukhuri, the provincial government organized Gaurav  Buildings with elevators are being constructed at a cost of 3.9 billion rupees.

About 400 trees were cut to make a new building on the land of Rapti Shikshalay, where the building is currently being built. Currently, 9 out of 12 ministries, including the office of the Chief Minister and the Council of Ministers, and the Lumbini Provincial Assembly are located in the building of Shikshalaya.

After the construction of the new building is completed and handed over to the government, all the ministries, directorates and all structures of the provincial government will be serviced under one hand, said Physical Infrastructure Development Minister Bhumishwar Dhakal. Currently, the office of the provincial head, directorate in Butwal will be moved to Deukhuri. 

Nine ministries, attorney general's office, provincial planning commission, chief minister's residence, deputy speaker's residence, chief secretary, parliamentary party office have been repaired and improved by adding one floor to the building of Shikshalaya. Lumbini Chief Minister Chetnarayan Acharya is monitoring the speedy completion of the building.

The office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers will have six floors with 96 rooms. A small meeting hall and a multi-purpose hall will be built in it, along with the chief secretary's work room. It will not have two elevators. The floor will be disabled friendly. 

The other nine Ministry Buildings are 5 floors and  There is an arrangement of underground parking in all of them including 54 rooms  . Ground floor will be disabled friendly and other floors will have lift and HVAC facilities.

Gardens will be decorated around all ministries. In this way, the Ministry building built in the shape of a mandala will establish a modern, exemplary and different identity with a separate identity of Lumbini from the 7 provinces of the country. Bhattarai, the engineer of the unit said.
