11-year-old children's storyteller Nitik Acharya's children's story collection 'Kangaruko Ekta' has been released. This is his first solo story collection. Earlier, his joint creative stories collection was published.
At a program held at Global Pathshala in Kaushaltar on Sunday, the collection was jointly released by the storyteller Acharya, outgoing president of Nepal Children's Literature Society Pramod Pradhan, president Vijayraj Acharya, president of Nepal Children's Literature Research Center Ananta Prasad Wagle, grandmother Lalita Sharma, senior children's writer Shailendu Nepal, ward president Krishnahari Acharya, school president Dnyaneshwor Niraula, storyteller Acharya's mother Upma Sharma and others.
The collection, which delicately explores humanity, human emotions, motherhood, and society, includes 7 children's stories. Children's writer and journalist Netra Tamang critically commented on the collection edited by journalist Sushila Tamang. Tamang said that the storyteller has created a very touching story by keeping human characters at the center in all of them except the title story 'Kangaruko Ekta'. Tamang says that the character development, dialogue, conflict and resolution aspects required in the story have also come out very strongly.
Pradhan, the outgoing president of the Children's Literature Society, expressed his best wishes for the future writing of the children's storyteller Acharya and opined that creating a story is not that easy. 'Writing a story means that the storyteller studies the life of a person and enters into the life of a person. This is not an easy task,' he said, 'Neetik Babu has created characters by entering into the life of a person and society. This is the beginning. There is not always one character. In search of a character, he enters the lives of many people.'
Acharya, the current president of the Nepal Children's Literature Society, Wagle, the president of the Nepal Children's Literature Research Center, and others congratulated Acharya and expressed their best wishes for his future writing journey.
