Bhim Virhi Rai's collection of war poetry 'Barudle Koreka Aksharu' will be awarded War Literature Award 2082 (year 2025).

War literature award fund UK has informed that the award of 50 thousand rupees along with a copper plate will be given in the coming March. 38 poems are collected in Rai's collection published by

International Foreign Literature Group. These poems are mainly written on the subjects of military life, the sufferings of war and the destruction of humanity caused by it while serving in the army, the history of the Gorkhali army, love, pain, hope, struggle and separation from family.

Rai's 'Videshi Sipahi' (novel, 2059) and  'Suppressed Voices' (Poetry Collection, 2064) has been published. Rai is a retired Indian Gurkha soldier. He is currently the vice-president of the International Foreign Literature Group and a central member of the World Nepali Literature Federation.

War Literature Award 2078 (year 2022) was awarded to Kedar Sanket's novel 'Afghani Battlefield' for the first time. War literature activist Ganesh Rai, Kangmang Naresh Rai and Apjse Kanchha established the War Literature Award in 2078 (year 2022) with the aim of preserving, enriching and promoting war literature.
