Former administrator Padma Prasad Pokharel's autobiography 'Khandakhandma Zindagi: Chronicles of Curiosity and Experience' has been published. Former President Ramvaran Yadav released Pokharel's autobiography at a program held at Pragya Foundation on Saturday.
Former administrator Pokharel, who has also worked as secretary of various ministries including home and defense, has brought out the experiences and issues he saw and experienced during his service period through the book. In the autobiography brought by Bhundipuran Publications, Pokharel has covered the politics, administration, security, international situation and internal strife within the country during his 25 years of government service. In the
book, he has also covered the system of the monarchy and the current federal government system. Pokhrel has also included in his autobiography the 'inconsistencies' in the tent of monarchy in the past, from the comment that Nepal cannot sustain the federal government system. "How should civil administration be?", "Citizenship: Repeal of the Bill, the problem remains the same", "Slave Case: Accident or Conspiracy?", "The Path of Land Reforms", and "How does Suraki work?" have put their experiences and analysis in the book.
