With the sudden increase in heat, various problems have started to increase in people. In this season, there is a need for more fluids and cooling drinks.

In summer, there are more problems of less interest in food, laziness, lack of mood and allergies than in winter. Some people also have the problem of nausea and vomiting.

It is important to stay 'hydrated' during the summer months. For this it is suitable to drink fresh fruit juice, lassi, shake, smoothie, detox water. In addition, the role of sufficient healthy water is also important.

70 percent of our body is made up of water. The amount of water in the body remains constant. As you lose water in the form of sweat every day, you should drink plenty of fluids. According to experts, three liters (12 glasses) for men and two to three liters (11 glasses) of water or other drinks are necessary for women in summer.

However, if you have some disease or health problem, it is advisable to consult your doctor about the drinks you drink, as there may be 'water retention' or other problems.

Some useful summer 'refreshing drinks' 'recipes' that can prove to be perfect for our busy, hectic and stress-free summer lifestyle. These 'recipes' can be easily made and consumed at home.
