This exercise can be done while sitting, walking or even during labor. Women with prolapsed uterus and leakage of urine can benefit from this exercise after hysterectomy. Kegel exercises can also be done by learning from a health practitioner.

Yoga: Can some of these asanas be used daily to reduce the problem? Sarvangasana, Ustrasana, Utkatasana, Tadasana, etc., strengthen the muscles of the spine and the genitals. 30-40-year-old pregnant women do these yogasanas, it helps to reduce the problem of 'urine leakage'.

Cleansing: In order not to get an infection in the genitals during pregnancy, women should wash their genitals by boiling them in water such as neem-tetepati. Do not eat various types of cold drinks, fattening sugar, etc. Try not to carry a heavy load at once. So you should make a habit of urinating every four hours. At the age of 40-45, when menstruation dries up, there is a possibility that the muscles of the uterus and bladder become thin due to the lack of a hormone called 'estrogen' in a woman's body. And urine leakage may be a problem.

Lifestyle: This problem can be reduced somewhat by healthy lifestyle, diet, discipline etc. Women who have this problem should not reduce drinking water and soft drinks because they need to urinate a lot. It is better for women smokers to give up smoking as they have frequent coughs. Urinary leakage is not only a physical problem but also a social problem. Having such a problem makes it difficult to blend into society. By smelling the body, others also start disrespecting them. When social rejection starts, mental problems can also be added. Men can also have this problem after prostate surgery.
