Everything has its good and bad sides . Crying also has some negative effects on the body. Facial muscles tend to stretch and contract, which can cause wrinkles to appear. In addition, the neck, head, and scalp are also negatively affected. If you cry continuously for a long time, your voice becomes dry, your neck and head start to ache, and your face looks puffy . If we cry a lot, the eyes become dry due to lack of tears, which affects our vision . Because of this, problems such as reluctance to eat and vomiting may also appear.
