According to Rajat Pokharel, the office's information officer, Diktel Rupakot, Majhuwagadhi Municipality-9, Nirmalidanda via Duichupla to Sakelathan in Butepachha, Mudhetol road construction, Sakela Rural Municipality-5, Bardanda Palanka Tawadovhan Tukure Dobhan via Dikhwa Dobhan road construction, and Bhagarpur to Kurima road project Sakela Rural Municipality-1, Banzhechyandanda, Selme Construction Khotang, which took the contract on 5th Jestha, has written to withdraw the bank guarantees.

Accounts Officer of Infrastructure Development Office Khotang, Sitaram Raut, said that the Nepal Bank Limited of those construction companies has been written to. Of this, an agreement was signed on 11 Magh 2082 for the construction of the Duichupla-Butepachha Sakelathan via Mudhetol road to be completed by 15 Jestha 31, 2083 at a cost of 1.587 million rupees. An agreement was signed on 5 Falgun 2082 for the construction of the Bardanda Palanka Tawadovan Tukure Dovan via Dikhwa Dovan road to be completed by 15 Jestha 31, 2083 at a cost of 1.576 million rupees. Similarly, an agreement was also signed on 28 Falgun 2082 for the Bhagarpur to Kurima road project to be completed by 15 Jestha 31, 2083 at a cost of 2.873 million rupees.

Similarly, Raut said that a letter was sent to Nepal Bank Limited on Jestha 5 to withdraw the bank guarantee of Rana Sampang Construction Pvt. Ltd., which will take up the contract for the Muldanda-Gairi Chamkharka road upgrade project in Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi-13 Nunthala and the Exclave Jorkua Panthe road upgrade project under the Rajapani Dhitung Halesi road in Halesi Tuwachung. Of these, an agreement was reached on Magh 19, 2082 to complete the Muldanda-Gairi Chamkharka road upgrade project at a cost of Rs. 1.517 million and the Exclave Jorkua Panthe road upgrade project under the Rajapani Dhitung-Halesi road in Halesi Tuwachung at a cost of Rs. 1.849 million.

Similarly, Diktel has written to Agricultural Development Bank Diktel on Jestha 5 to seize the deposit of SR Dorpa JV Khotang, which will take the contract for the upgradation of Mewakhola Dumli Dobela road in Rupakot Majhuwagadhi-7 Dorpa Chiuridanda. The construction company had signed an agreement on February 28 to complete the work on February 31 at a cost of Rs. 39 lakh 29 thousand.

Similarly, Machhapuchhre Bank Temke Maiyung Branch Bhojpur has been written to seize the deposit of Bishwahang Construction, which will take the contract for the upgradation of Phedi-Dhodre road in Kepilasgadhi Rural Municipality-1 Phedi. The agreement was signed on February 6 to complete the work on February 31 at a cost of Rs. 18 lakh 33 thousand.

Correspondence has also been sent to Imo Builders Private Limited Khotang, which is responsible for the Pokhre Jamune Sangutar road upgrade in Diprung Chuichumma Rural Municipality-1, Yamkha, Pinnacle Engineering Private Limited Bhaktapur, which is responsible for the road upgrade from Jagannatar Baremtung to Musuridanda in Batase Rural Municipality-4, and PK Nirman Sewa Katari Udayapur, which is responsible for the Chulimape road construction in Halesi Tuwachung Municipality. Among these, correspondence has been sent to Nepal Bank Limited Diktel branch of Imo Builders Private Limited Khotang, Rastriya Banijya Bank Thimi branch of Pinnacle Engineering Private Limited, and Global IME Bank Diktel branch of PK Nirman Sewa Katari Udayapur.
