The District Administration Office, Khotang, has written to local levels to submit details of encroached government and public lands.
The district has written to all 10 local levels in the district, requesting them to submit updated details of encroached government and public lands within 3 days. In the letter issued by Administrative Officer Prabhat Dhakal on Monday, it has been requested to identify encroached government and public lands and submit hard and soft copies of the encroachment removal plan within 3 days.
The letter also states that the details were sought based on the directive of the Ministry of Home Affairs dated Baisakh 16.
