A mother and daughter have been injured in an elephant attack near Bahundangi Chowk in Mechinagar Municipality-4.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Khagendra Bahadur Khadka of the District Police Office, 38-year-old Sunita Bajracharya and her 13-year-old daughter Yavadra were injured in the attack. Both have suffered serious injuries to their legs.
