The Infrastructure Development Office, Khotang, has issued a final warning letter to construction entrepreneurs of 19 projects who have not completed their contracts. The warning letter has been issued to 19 project-related entrepreneurs who have not completed their contracts with the Physical Infrastructure Development Office, Khotang in 2082/83.
The final letter was issued because the projects agreed upon in Poush and Magh have not been implemented yet, the construction work to be done in the monsoon and at the end of the fiscal year is of poor quality, incomplete, the allocated budget is frozen and the general consumer has to suffer, said Binam Dahal, head of the Infrastructure Development Office, Khotang. He said that if the work is not done on time as per the agreement, an amount equal to the allocated budget will be recovered from the concerned construction entrepreneurs and they will be blacklisted.
According to Dahal, a final warning letter has been sent to Sudemu Construction Khotang, which is the contractor for the blacktop of Khamkhuwa Sera Phalate road in Khalle, Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality-4, the Bhagarpul Kurima road project in Banjhechyandada, Sakela Rural Municipality-1, the Mudetol road project in Sakela Than of Butepachha via Duichupla, Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality-9, and the Bardada Palanka Tawa Dobhan Tukure Dobhan via Dikhwa Dobhan road project in Sakela Rural Municipality-5.
Similarly, a final warning letter has been sent to PK Nirman Sewa Udayapur, associated with the Chulipame road construction project in Halesi Tuwachung Municipality-10 Arkhaule, Bhima Construction Pvt. Ltd., associated with the Phedi Dhodre Bhojpur road upgrading project in Kepilasgadhi Rural Municipality-1, Raichakule Construction Pvt. Ltd., associated with the road upgrading from CBS Jakhila to Bahane in Aiselukhark Rural Municipality, Patkaru Sumde Road in Kepilasgadhi Rural Municipality-1, and Ranasampang Construction Pvt. Ltd., Khotang, associated with the construction of the Ekle Bar-Jorkuwa-Panthe road upgrading project under the Rajapani-Dhitung-Halesi road section in Halesi Tuwachung Municipality, Dahal said.
SR Dorpa JV Khotang, related to the Mewa Khola Dumli Dobela Road Upgradation in Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality-7, Chiuridada, Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality-13, Panchakanya Basic School Khamla Rural Agriculture Road Upgradation in Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality-4, Bank-Chowk-Khale Kattike Road Upgradation in Khalle, and Imo Builders Pvt. Ltd. Udayapur, related to the Pokhre Jamune Sangutar Road Upgradation in Diprung Chuichumma Rural Municipality-1, Yamkha, have also been served with final warning letters.
Correspondence has been sent to DB Construction, Udayapur, related to the road project connecting Khanidadan Airport in Diprung Chuichumma Rural Municipality-2, Khamare Mahoria via Ratmata to Diktel Rupakot, Majhuwagadhi Municipality, Bangsila Mauwabote Chisapani Khotang Bazaar Road Blacktop Project, Pole Star Shantibhoomi JV Khotang, related to the road project from Chapleti in Diprung Chuichumma Rural Municipality-7, Tema to Jyamire via Malbase Dhiplung Dharna Road Project, Nitesh Construction Khotang. Correspondence has been sent to Ikima Construction Pvt. Ltd.
