Koshi Province Tourism, Forest and Environment Minister Bhim Parajuli, while inaugurating the festival, said that the Koshi government is always ready for tourism promotion and development, adding that everyone's role will be important in bringing the beauty, history, religious and cultural importance of Rauta Pokhari to the world.

Paragliding performance will be the main attraction in the festival, which will be held from Chaitra 29 to Baisakh 3. The organizers said that there will be performances by national and local artists, programs reflecting folk culture, exhibition and sale of local dishes, tableau exhibitions of different ethnic groups, etc. throughout the festival period.
