Halesi Tuwachung Municipality has distributed zinc sheets to 94 households left in need after the roof of their houses was blown off by a storm. The zinc sheets were distributed on Saturday for the reconstruction of houses of those left in need after the roof was blown off by a storm on Chaitra 20.
Halesi Tuwachung Municipality-1: 41.1 bundles of zinc sheets were distributed to 11 households in Bahunidada, 38.2 bundles to 10 households in Dikuwa, 125.2 bundles to 32 households in Chhyasmitar, 16.49 bundles to 4 households in Badhare, 6 bundles to 2 households in Durchhim, 11.6 bundles to 3 households in Mangaltar, 33.9 bundles to 10 households in Dhitung, and 4 bundles to 1 household in Halesi Mahadevsthan, totaling 318.89 bundles, according to the secretariat of Mayor Bimala Rai.

Giri said that the provincial government has also assured to provide zinc sheets for the schools whose roofs were blown off, so he is waiting for it. Giri said that if the province does not provide zinc sheets, the municipality will arrange it itself. 'The provincial ministry has assured to provide zinc sheets to the schools whose roofs were blown off, that is why we are waiting,' Giri said, 'If the province does not provide it, the municipality will arrange the roof itself.'
