The bench of District Judge Bikash Shrestha has sentenced Sant Kumar Angbuhang, also known as Sakun, to a fine of Rs 700,000 along with the prison sentence, informed Acting Sherestedar Ramesh Tamang.
Tamang said that the sentence was imposed as per the provisions of the National Criminal Code 2074 BS and the fine was imposed as per the provisions of the same code.
