The answer sheet testing of the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) has begun in Koshi Province. Krishna Prasad Pokharel, Director of the Education Development Directorate, informed that the answer sheet testing began in the afternoon after the collection of answer sheets and procedural work immediately after the first day of the exam.
‘The first day of the exam ended peacefully,’ he said, ‘The answer sheet testing has begun.’
332 examination centers have been set up in the province. In which the answer sheet testing has already begun. There are 332 center heads and 546 assistant center heads across the province. 7,369 people, including 4,063 invigilators and 813 examination assistants, have been deployed.
A total of 12,349 manpower has been mobilized to conduct the exam. The first day, Thursday, was the compulsory English subject test.
Pokharel said that the answer sheet testing is being conducted from the same place where the exam was held. After Sasmit Pokharel was appointed as the Minister of Education, Science and Technology, he had directed to make the SEE results public within a month. For the first time, the test of answer sheets has started from the respective examination centers.
In previous years, the test centers were being designated secretly. Earlier, the answer sheets of one province were taken to another province for testing. As a result, the results of the AEE exam, which was conducted in Chaitra, were made public only in Ashar.
