A youth has been arrested on charges of raping a 12-year-old girl in Chainpur Municipality.
According to the police, the identity of the victim girl has been kept secret and she has been referred to as 'Chainpur (P)'. Police said that a 19-year-old youth from Phalate, Chainpur Municipality-7, was taken into custody on Monday on charges of involvement in the incident.
