Roshan had found that his wife was chatting with another man on the social media platform 'TikTok' and liked the video. The police have found through investigation that the couple had been fighting for a long time on the same issue. For that reason, the police claim that after strangling her to death, the body was placed in a jute bag and thrown under the culvert to destroy the evidence.
According to the police, the condition of the body and Roshan's statement match. DSP Lamichhane said that initial investigation showed that he killed her on suspicion of having a relationship with another man. 'We are currently focused on collecting the post-mortem report and technical evidence (call details),' he said.
