Sunsari 1: RSP leads, UML in sixth place

The latest update of the ongoing vote counting for Sunsari Constituency No. 1 under the House of Representatives election has been made public.

In the ongoing vote counting, Goma Tamang of the Rastriya Swatantra Party is leading with 461 votes. Harak Raj Rai (Shram Sanskriti Party), who is also the former mayor of Dharan, is in second place with 154 votes.

Sujendra Tamang of the Nepali Congress is in third place with 107 votes and Uddhav Shrestha of the RPP is in fourth place with 95 votes. Here, Surya Bahadur Bhattarai of the Nepali Congress has got 41 votes while Tikaram Limbu of the UML is in sixth place with 20 votes.

Out of a total of 924 votes counted, 37 votes were invalid.
