Voting has been completed at the temporary polling station in Dhankuta Jail. In which 97 percent of the votes have been cast.
District Election Officer Madhav Adhikari said that 76 people, including 74 prisoners, voted. 74 prisoners and two employees deployed at the center voted for the proportional candidate from the same center.
Although there is a voter list of 78 people in the prison, the rest voted after two prisoners were released a few days ago, Jailer Sandeep Neupane informed.
There are two temporary polling stations in the district, including the prison. Voting is ongoing at the Gokundeshwor Secondary School temporary polling station in Siranbazar, Dhankuta-6.
