Tamang made public his 'vision paper' with 21 goals and 170 pride projects at a press conference held in Damak on Sunday. Out of the seven missions, he has included education in the first, health in the second, agriculture, industry, business in the third, and physical infrastructure in the fourth. Similarly, his fifth mission has put forward employment, good governance and public service delivery in the sixth mission, and social inclusion, culture, and environment in the seventh mission.
In the vision paper, Tamang has given slogans such as quality and technical education: a review of overall education, accessible and reliable treatment: the fundamental rights of citizens, necessary and state-of-the-art infrastructure: the basis for the development of model areas. Similarly, in the vision paper, Tamang has put forward various projects and programs under the slogans of corruption-free administration: honest leadership and good governance, Nepali nation: partner of prosperity, work for youth: identity of the region, agriculture and market: basis of industry. Ramesh Guragain, coordinator of the drafting committee, informed that 170 projects of pride have been put forward in the vision paper, including solving the problem of landless squatters, completing the incomplete Rabi-Chisapani road, completing the indigenous peoples' memorial stadium, and advancing the industrial corridor. In the vision paper, Tamang has put forward the agenda of a cabinet consisting of directly elected executives and experts, representing the desires and feelings of the young people. He has positioned himself in favor of the non-partisan local level. Surendra Basnet, coordinator of the election mobilization committee, said that the vision paper put forward by Tamang is a roadmap for the overall development and exit of this region. According to him, the NCP had taken suggestions from representatives of all sectors and organizations before preparing the vision paper.
