Ratna Rai, 50, of Durchhim Jorkafal in Halesi Tuwachung Municipality-5 is also missing in the incident. Relative Bhogindra Rai said that he was shaved on Sunday according to Kirat rituals, saying that he had died. 27 people have died in the incident, including him.
Prakash Khapangi Magar, who reached the scene, said that 4 Nepalese people injured in the incident are being treated at Nilgreen Hospital in Shilong. According to him, Dawa Sherpa, 48, of Mudhe, Majhuwagadhi Municipality-2, Diktel Rupakot, Bam Bahadur Magar, 40, and Karna Bahadur Magar, 45, of Barahapakheri Rural Municipality-1, and Lalit Bahadur Magar, of Saune, Udayapur Triyuga Municipality, are undergoing treatment. Prakash said that their condition is improving. Five other people who were injured in the incident are also undergoing treatment.
