Namuna College has made a winning start to the Hisan Cup cricket tournament that began on Monday in Itahari.

In the inaugural match organized by the Higher Education and Secondary School Association (HISAN) Sunsari on Monday, Namuna defeated Bishwa Adarsh ​​College by 4 runs. Batting first after winning the toss at the Janata Cricket Ground, Namuna scored 94 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in the stipulated 15 overs.

Gunjan Dahal scored 27 runs for Namuna while Aditya BK added 21 runs. Aryan Chaudhary of Bishwa Adarsh ​​took 2 and Sandesh Bhandari took 1 wicket. In reply, Bishwa Adarsh, chasing a winning target of 95 runs, could only score 90 runs for the loss of 7 wickets.
