A one-day mega health camp has been completed in Kurumba, Miklajung 5, Panchthar.
The Lions Club and Leo Club of Anarmani have organized the camp in collaboration with B&C Hospital and Cancer Hospital in Jhapa.
The camp provided general medicine, gynecological and obstetrics consultation, heart disease, pediatrics, mental health and ear, nose and throat related treatment and consultation services, according to the organizer, Lions Club of Anarmani.
More than 300 people received health check-ups from specialist doctors, as well as consultation and medicine, said Saroj Kharel, president of the organizing organization.
50 women were also tested for cervical cancer in the camp. Six specialist doctors, including doctors from B&C Hospital, along with doctors from Miklajung Rural Municipality Health Branch and Primary Health Center Rabi, participated in the camp.
