Phidim Veterans Club has distributed sweaters and sports equipment to the students of Thangsang Basic School, located in Phidim-1, the district headquarters.

The club organized a program at the school and provided sweaters and footballs to 49 students studying here.

Under the sponsorship of the club's vice-president Dr. Deuman Limbu, the club's patron Kamal Thapaliya said that the sweaters useful for the winter season were provided to the students.

The club has stated that the materials were distributed to the students studying at this school as part of the club's social responsibility.
