The 18th municipal assembly and winter session of Phidim Municipality has concluded, passing a work procedure including the construction of safe housing for families with poor and unsafe housing.

Mayor Mitra Prasad Kafle informed that the Municipal Assembly has also passed the first revised directive to provide relief to households completely damaged by the disaster, conduct artificial insemination in animals, distribute subsidies for the purchase of cattle and buffaloes, and amend the city's Disaster Risk Management Directive 2076 BS.

The Municipal Assembly has also passed the approved program for the current fiscal year and the budget proposal for the amendment presented by Deputy Mayor Radhakrishna Neupane.
