The Area Police Office, Hedangna, has started services from a modern building with facilities from Wednesday. Deputy Inspector General of Police of Koshi Province, Binod Ghimire, formally inaugurated the newly constructed building during a program on Wednesday.
He said that the police need the support, cooperation and love of the people. He also said that there will be no shortage in the services provided by the police to the people.
In accordance with the policy of the Government of Nepal to build systematic and quality physical infrastructure in various levels of Nepal Police units, the building of the Hedanga Area Police Office has been constructed with the assistance of the National Reconstruction Authority Fund.
After the new building, built at a cost of about 35 million rupees, is put into operation, it is expected that the work of the police personnel will be easier and the service recipients will also receive fast, safe and effective service.
