Dhanmaya Seling of Yangwarak-5, Panchthar, who was absconding after taking her neighbor, 60-year-old Bishnumaya Rasaili, to the forest, beating her to the point of death, and robbing her of her gold, has been arrested.

The Panchthar police arrested him from a place called Phalelung-4 Chitre, near the border of Sikkim and West Bengal, according to the Panchthar District Police Office.
