As the Visit Koshi Province Year is underway, the Taplejung Concern Center Kathmandu is planning to organize a trek in this region during the months of Chaitra and Baisakh. Preparations are underway to organize a trek with hundreds of people participating from Chaitra 26 to Baisakh 4.

According to the program prepared with the slogan 'New Year from Tiptala', the aim is to reach the major tourist destinations of Koshi Province, especially Tehrathum, Sankhuwasabha and Taplejung districts, and preparations are underway accordingly, informed the center's chairman Bal Bahadur Tamang. 

According to Tamang, the plan is to reach Basantapur in Tehrathum, Tinjure, Milke, Jalajle Gufa Pokhari, the confluence of Taplejung-Tehrathum and Sankhuwasabha districts, and Sanghu in Maiwakhola rural municipality of Taplejung. At this time, this area will be covered with Laligurras. Then, from the district headquarters Phungling, the center of Phaktanglung rural municipality will reach Tiptala on the Nepal-China border via Tapethok, Lelep, Olangchunggola. The plan is to reach Sinjematal and return from here, informed the chairman Tamang.

The Concern Center is preparing to prepare materials covering the historical, cultural, religious and natural features of this region and launch a campaign to promote it. Tamang said that the campaign will be intensified to involve a large number of people during the campaign and that as many people as possible from the Terai will be taken to Tiptala. 

Earlier, the Federation of Nepali Journalists Taplejung had launched the 'Destination Tiptala' campaign. Chitragupta Sanwa, former president of the Concern Center, says that the special goal is to make it mandatory for those born in Taplejung in the Kathmandu Valley to take Tiptala. Apart from this, he informed that there are plans to collaborate with educational institutions, tourism entrepreneurs, travel agencies and media.

The Concern Center plans to promote using social media such as Facebook, YouTube, X, Twitter, TikTok and continuously disseminate information through other digital platforms.
