At a program held in Taplejung on Thursday, Sampang said that he would not give membership to his party to teachers, employees, and journalists, and that after becoming Prime Minister, he would hold schools three days a week to impart theoretical knowledge and four days of practical work.

Hark Sampang, chairman of the Labor Culture Party and mayor of Dharan, has said that he himself has launched a party to become the Prime Minister. He had gone to Kathmandu after the Gen-G movement to become the Prime Minister.
Defending that, Sampang claimed that he was the only one who went to Kathmandu to save the country when the country was collapsing and the leaders were scattered.
At a program in Taplejung on Thursday, he said that he would not give membership to teachers, employees, and journalists in his party and that after becoming the Prime Minister, he would hold school three days a week to provide theoretical knowledge and four days of practice.
'Children of Dharan do not know where and how chillies grow,' he added, 'Students from the city have studied in the same way, they have no practical knowledge, theoretical knowledge does nothing.'
He appealed to his party to give a majority saying that he would not go to a government of chaos. He appealed to people to vote for him because he would not follow the dictates of foreigners, would bring practical changes in education, and would work for the soil and land.
Taking a dig at Kulman Ghising, he said that it is not enough to just turn on the electricity, but to love the country and the soil. He accused Kulman Ghising of being a supporter of MCC. He urged Ghising to return, saying that some identity advocates were also following him. He claimed that our society, which respects engineers who work in a garage all day long, but who are not important, will never rise.
He said that it is necessary to change the society that despises people who walk around with a dry, stiff gait and work hard.
