Akash Nirman Sewa Sindhupalchowk signed an agreement on October 20, 2005 to construct the building at a cost of Rs. 58.7 million 18 thousand 130 to be completed within 18 months.

According to the municipality's spokesperson Kamal Giri, Akash Nirman Sewa Sindhupalchowk signed an agreement on 2082 Asoj 7 to construct the building within 18 months at a cost of 58.718 million 130 thousand rupees.
The foundation stone of the building was laid by demolishing the old administrative building in Chapdanda, Durchhim, Halesi Tuwachung Municipality-5 and constructing it at the same place. The locals have provided 9 ropanis of land for the administrative office at that place.
After the demolition of the old administrative building, services are being provided from the Dharamshala at Gurase Danda, which is connected to Manjashree Danda in Mahadevsthan, Municipality-7, Giri said.
'Today, the foundation stone of a new administrative building with full facilities was laid in the presence of Deputy Mayor Ramesh Raut, people's representatives of the municipality, representatives of political parties, and others. The old building will be demolished and the new building will be completed at the same place within 18 months,' Giri said.
The Dharamshala was built with the investment of Nepal Oil Corporation and the municipality. Giri said that the construction of the Dharamshala was completed three years ago at a cost of Rs 50 million, including Rs 30 million from the Dharamshala Municipality and Rs 20 million from the Oil Corporation.
